The King Challenge: Raise Your Standard is a 30-day digital educational challenge delivered by email. It includes daily prompts, reflection exercises, and applied assignments intended to help participants examine their standards, decisions, and follow-through.

The King Challenge provides general educational material. It is not therapy, medical or mental-health care, legal advice, or individualized professional coaching. If you need professional help, seek advice from a qualified provider who can consider your circumstances.

You decide whether and how to use the material and remain responsible for your choices, actions, safety, and results. Participation requires your own judgment and consistent daily effort. No particular personal, professional, financial, health, or relationship outcome is promised.

Price and currency shown during checkout before you submit payment are the terms that apply to your purchase. Payment is processed through the secure payment service presented at checkout. You authorize the displayed charge when you submit payment and agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

For an early-access purchase, payment reserves the challenge but does not start delivery or assign a Monday course run. The challenge is still being built. We hope to release in fall, but it may be winter or later, and no date is promised. After release, the 30-day challenge is delivered by email, one lesson and assignment at a time.

You may leave checkout before submitting payment. Refund requests are governed by the published refund policy, including its 14-day request window and stated exclusions. Any rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

Your purchase is for your individual, non-commercial use. You may use and print materials for your own participation, but you may not copy, publish, sell, sublicense, distribute, teach from, or make the challenge or its materials available to others without written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Information you provide may be used to process the purchase, deliver required release updates, prevent misuse, and respond to purchase-related questions. Optional general marketing is separate. Unsubscribing is not a refund request.

A support contribution helps fund the project but is not a charitable donation, is not tax-deductible, and grants no course enrollment, entitlement, or marketing subscription.

The challenge is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The King Challenge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from participation or inability to access the material. Any direct liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without overriding consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. The terms presented when you make a purchase govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree to a later change.
