Refund Policy

An early-access purchaser may request a full refund at any time before The King Challenge is released. No release date is promised. A refunded presale cannot later be released or enrolled.

Email aaron@thekingchallenge.com from the address used at checkout. A protected refund option is also shown when a paid presale is held because provider capacity is full. Stripe’s verified webhook remains the final refund record.

A support contribution is separate from course access and is not a charitable donation. Unless required by law, it is not covered by the presale-until-release promise. Contact support within 14 calendar days if a contribution was made in error.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Stripe and the buyer’s financial institution control the time needed for funds to appear. No refund is complete until the verified provider event is reconciled.

Unsubscribing from optional marketing or required release-update email is not a refund request. Contact support or use the protected refund action when it is available.
