Privacy Notice

We collect the contact, consent, gift-recipient, and checkout details you submit; fraud-prevention signals; payment and refund status from Stripe; and delivery status needed to operate the waitlist and required course-release messages. Stripe handles full payment-card details.

Information is used to save consent before provider delivery, initiate and reconcile checkout, prevent duplicate or abusive attempts, send required release updates, support purchases, process refunds, and satisfy legal or security duties.

Production data is processed by the production hosting, Neon, Stripe, and MailerLite resources needed for these services. PostHog analytics and session replay are disabled.

We limit disclosure to service providers and legal obligations needed to run or protect the service. Access is restricted, secrets stay server-side, and payment truth is verified from signed provider events. Records are retained for delivery, accounting, security, dispute, and legal needs, then removed or de-identified when they are no longer required.

Required purchase and course-release messages are separate from optional general marketing. Unsubscribing is not a refund request. To ask about access, correction, suppression, or deletion, email aaron@thekingchallenge.com.
